| 1. 本週Grace class 慕道班課程是：總討論 (前七堂課: 聖經簡介, 屬靈四律, 三位一體, 父神, 耶穌, 聖靈與人存在的意義)。希望你能來一起參與討論！這週分享的是 Katie!，絕對不要錯過喔！ 時間：10:30am 2. 這週是農曆新年！為了慶祝這個春節，這週五我們的晚餐改成 POTLUCK 囉~！請大家看左邊聚會時間。咦？晚了半小時？對~！這次吃飯吃久一點，所以別忘了準備一些特別一點的東西哟！ 3. 續上一點，為了讓春節更濃厚，請各位前來聚會時穿紅色！嗯，本日週刊全紅不是沒有原因的！呵呵呵！ 4. 我們第一個志工服務就在2月23日! 請興奮! (請直接中翻英) 2011年，活動宣教組將以首府食物銀行-DC倉庫裡的志工服務來揭開序幕。耶呼! (再次請直接中翻英) 請將日期保留起來! 時間: 2011年2月23日 (三) 6:30-8:30 pm 我們要做的就是，在CAFB的倉庫裡替那些需要的人包裝食物。這一點都不複雜，所以你一定也可以伸出你充滿愛心的幫手。更多的細節之後會再說明。 請在這星期天(2/6)前e-mail給Jean @ lovebianj@gmail.com, 這樣她才能幫你登記。謝謝! 5. 想要成為復活節特別詩班的一員嗎? Jean有一首她很想在這個復活節分享給全教會聽的詩歌。這首詩歌叫「紀念我」，並且有英文/台語/中文歌詞。她想，要是豐盛團契可以成立一個小詩班，請台語堂聖歌隊的指揮阿琥來協助(已徵詢過意願)，那就太好了! 可能的練習時間是每星期日吃飯完後的下午。如果你有興趣的話，請你能否儘快讓Jean知道(當面或e-mail 皆可)? 也請跟她說你唱的聲部(高音/中音/低音)。等她初步確定人數後，會再與阿琥討論更多的細節。多謝! | |||||

| 1. 朝正兄上星期一作了新藥的第一次化療，目前並沒有什麼副作用，但是左邊臉頰發麻、眼皮下垂以及吃東西吞嚥的困難，仍沒有改善，這星期四將做第二次的化療，以後則ㄧ週一次。朝正兄每天都非常辛苦，常常無法起床，極需要我們不斷的代禱，懇求主醫治，懇求主憐憫，也求主安慰菁滿姐，賜力量給她，減輕她內心的重擔，賜與她內心的平安。 | |||||

This week’s topic for Grace class is “Big Discussion, a summary of previous seven classes: Bible Overview, Spiritual Four Laws, Trinity, Father God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, and The Meaning of Human Existence”. We look forward to your participation! This week Katie will be sharing, so don’t miss it! Time: 10:30am 2. This week is the lunar new year! To celebrate this holiday, this Friday’s dinner is changed to POTLUCK! Now direct your attention to the left. What is this? Fellowship time is half an hour late? That’s right! Dinner is going to be longer, so don’t forget to bring something special to share! 3. Continuing the previous point, to make the celebration more festive, please come to fellowship in RED! Yup, the newsletter is all red for a reason! Ho ho ho! 4. Our first volunteer opportunity is on 2/23! Get excited! The Activities/Outreach/Mission group will kick off 2011 by volunteering at Capital Area Food Bank- DC Warehouse. Woohoo! Please save the date! Time: Feb 23, 2011 Wed. 6:30-8:30 pm Basically what we do is to help pack food for the needy in CAFB’s warehouse. It is nothing complicated, so you could definitely give a loving helping hand. For Easter, Jean has a song that she would love to share with the whole congregation. The song is called “Remember me”, and has lyrics in English/Taiwanese/Mandarin. She thought it would be great if A-life could come up with a special tiny choir with the help of Joseph Chen (Taiwanese congregation choir’s conductor) as conductor. Tentative practice schedule would be Sunday afternoon (after lunch). If you are interested, please let Jean know in person or by e-mail ASAP. Please also indicate your vocal range (Soprano/Alto/Tenor/Bass). Once she has the numbers of people interested, she will talk to Joseph for further cooperation. Thank you! | |||||
| Prayer Requests | |||||
| 1. Brother Chaujun went in for his first chemotherapy last Monday. So far there are no side effects, but the numbness of the left side of his face, the eyelid dropping, and the difficulty in swallowing and eating still have not improve. This Thursday he will go in for the second chemo treatment, and then it is once every week. Every day is a struggling challenge for Brother Chaujun, as it is often that he cannot get out of bed. He needs our consistent prayers and the Lord’s healing and mercy. May the Lord console Sister Jingmann’s heart, give her strength, lighten the burden that lays heavy in her heart, and bring her peace. | |||||
