代禱事項 | |||||
1. 朝正兄的脖子的疼痛仍然需要我們大家迫切的代禱，而菁滿姐這陣子膝蓋關節也疼痛。求主的醫治大能降臨在他們身上，減輕身體上的病痛，快快恢復。明天朝正兄要看醫生決定下一步的治療。祈求神的引導，在復診中有平安，也求主的愛充滿、祝福這個家。 2. 請為我們 1/15/11 的同工會禱告，求主帶領我們豐盛團契下一年的方向，感動我們的心，選出合神心意的新幹部。 3. 明松這陣子身體情況還是很辛苦。工作上的壓力在加上不足的睡眠，讓他遲遲無法完全康復。請大家繼續為他的健康和找新工作禱告，求主保守看顧明松，為他的生命換上新的一頁。 4. Claire 的小狗這陣子生病，而Claire為了在平衡學業和照顧小狗睡眠不足。求神給她智慧及足夠的休息，一步一步有祂的引導及看顧。 5. Prayer Requests | |||||
1. Brother Chuajun’s pain in his neck still needs our urgent prayers. As Sister Jingmann is also suffering from knee pain, we pray for God’s healing power be upon them, relieve their physical pain and restore their health. Brother Chaujun will be meeting with his doctor to decide the next step in treatment. May God lead them, grant them peace, and shower His love and blessings over this family. 2. Let us pray for our Co-Worker’s Meeting on January 15, 2011. May God lead the direction of Abundant Life fellowship in the new year, touch our hearts, and elect new leaders accordingly to His ways. 3. James Wu’s health has not been an easy battle. With the stress from work and lack of sleep, it has been difficult for him to recover completely. Please continue to pray for his health and his search for a new job. May the Lord watch over James Wu, and turn a new page in his life. 4. Claire’s puppy has been very sick lately. With projects piling up and caring for the puppy, Claire hasn’t had enough sleep. Pray that God will give her wisdom and sufficient rest as He watch over her and guide every step of the way. 5. Charlie is in the interviewing process in his medical school applications. Please pray for the application process, and may the Lord will show him a new direction in his life. 6. The semester is ending! Please pray for our brothers and sisters who are in school, that there be God’s guidance in homework writing, project preparing, studying, and exam taking. Please also pray for our brothers and sisters who are teaching, and that there be God’s touch and peace in homework grading, project viewing, exam writing, exam monitoring, and exam grading. | |||||

Scripture reading Matthew 18:15-35
1. The relationship was broken by humans because of sin. What are the different aspects that are in relation brokenness? (Please refer to Genesis 3, 4) 2. James 4:4 writes, “Friendship with the world means enmity against God”. Therefore: (1) Friendship with the world is worldly (belonging to the world). What is the definition of “worldly”? (2) What is the relationship between Christians and the world? How to prove the world that you are a newborn Christian? 3. When we talk about the essence of sin, its original meaning is “missing the bull’s-eye” or “not meeting the expectations”. (1) What is this “bull’s-eye” or “expectations”? (2) From the theology’s view on sin, what important concept does the Bible stress? 4. Please read Matthew 18:15-35. (1) Matthew 18:18, “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.” Here Jesus mentioned “bind” and “loose”.
