Little Samuel Class – Supporting Multilingual and ESL Families

The Little Samuel Class is a supplementary educational program designed to support school-age children from multilingual and ESL families, particularly Taiwanese immigrant families in the greater Washington, D.C. area. Offered after the English-language children’s Sunday School program, the class uses English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese to help children maintain connections with their heritage language and culture while becoming more comfortable and confident in the broader American community.

The program also provides a supportive environment for immigrant parents and their children to build relationships with other families, develop a sense of belonging, and become more connected to their local community. It serves church members as well as families from the surrounding community, including newcomers who are not affiliated with the church.

對象：參加台語部主日崇拜、成人主日學之弟兄姊妹家裡的學齡兒童，包含本會會友、慕道友、大華府地區、教會附近的台灣人家庭
語言：台語、華語、英語三語教學

上課時間：每週日 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
