「北維州台灣基督長老教會聖歌隊」由一群愛主愛人的兄姊組成,熱忱地運用神所
賜的音樂恩賜來服事,致力於透過教會音樂引導會眾讚美、敬拜並榮耀主。除了在崇
拜中帶領會眾並定期獻詩外,聖歌隊也積極推廣台語詩歌,參與教會活動及宣教事工。
2023 年 10 月 21 日,聖歌隊舉辦了「歡喜!嘔咾!大家來唱歌!」台語詩歌音樂會,
邀請大華府地區的台灣音樂團體共襄盛舉。11 月 25 日,我們應邀前往「聖經博物館」
演唱,並介紹台語詩歌。聖歌隊每週六上午 11 點至下午 1 點在教會主堂練唱,每月也
有一次交誼聚會,大家同心合唱,分享主愛,氣氛融洽。

The Chesterbrook Taiwanese Presbyterian Church Choir is a group of passionate brothers and sisters serving with their God-given musical talents. The choir’s ministry focuses on leading the congregation in praising, worshiping, and glorifying God. In addition to regular worship performances and church events, they actively promote Taiwanese hymns and engage in missionary work. On October 21, 2023, the choir hosted a Taiwanese hymn concert, “Joy! Praise! Let’s All Sing!” inviting other Taiwanese music groups in the greater D.C. area. They were also invited to perform and introduce Taiwanese hymns at the Museum of the Bible on November 25. The choir rehearses every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., followed by fellowship gatherings to share God’s love in a warm, joyful atmosphere.

為什麼要成立聖歌隊
1. 詩班是由耶和華親自設立的 (詩篇150篇)
2. 詩班設立制度是符合神心意的 (代上25章)
3. 音樂的服事是有權柄的服事: “ 從神那裡來的惡魔臨到掃羅身上的時候，大衛就拿琴，用手而彈，掃羅便舒暢爽快，惡魔離了他。” (撒 16:23)

Why Form a Choir

The choir is established by the Lord Himself (Psalm 150):
The establishment of the choir system is in line with God’s will (1 Chronicles Chapter 25)
The service of music is a service with authority: “Whenever the spirit from God came on Saul, David would take up his harp and play. Then relief would come to Saul; he would feel better, and the evil spirit would leave him..” (Sam 16:23)

宗旨
1. 本聖歌隊以服事教會，引導信徒讚美、敬拜、榮耀主、宣揚福音為宗旨。
2. 聖歌隊是以教會內的音樂事奉為主，除了帶領會眾崇拜與固定的獻詩，也包括教會節慶及會友慶慰的獻唱等。

Purpose
1. The purpose of this choir is to serve the church, lead praise, worship, glorify the Lord, and spread the gospel.
2. In addition to leading praise and offering regular hymns during Sunday worship, the choir also presents hymns at church events.

排練時間：每週六 12:30–2:30 p.m. (2:30–3:30 p.m. 交誼時間）
地點：教會主堂

Rehearsal time: Every Saturday at 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. （1:00-2:00 p.m. Fellowship Time)
