宗旨:
身體既然是聖靈的殿,讓神使用我們的身體當作一種器皿做爲活泉的出口。 既然如此,我們就當好好顧惜,保養自己的身體。顧慮到我們教會臺語堂的兄姐以中老人爲主,活泉運動班的學習内容主要是以暖身運動結合溫和的太極拳來增進我們身體的平衡性及柔軟度。 也願意透過這個運動班能夠吸引社區人士或未信主的朋友來到教會。
Purpose:
Since our body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, we should let God use our body as an outlet of the living spring. We should, therefore, cherish and take good care of our bodies. Considering that the brothers and sisters in the Taiwanese Ministry of our church are mainly middle-aged and elderly people, the “Living Well Exercise Class” is mainly based on warm-up exercises combined with gentle Tai Chi to improve the balance and flexibility of our bodies. It is also the goal that through this exercise class, we can attract people from the community to come to our church.

A班:每個主日 2:00-3:00 p.m./ Class A: Every Sunday 2:00–3:00 p.m.
B班:每周六 3:30-4:30 p.m./ Class B: Every Saturday 3:30–4:30 p.m.
