Agape Meal this Sunday
This Sunday, Oct 5th, the young adult ministry will be having their monthly agape meal at Joseph and Stacy’s home starting at 5:30 pm. RSVP with Evite which will be coming shortly.
Apple Picking
On October 11th, the English Ministry will go apple picking at Homestead Farms in Poolesville, MD from 10 to 2. We’ll be meeting at church at 9:30 am. RSVP with Tina.
Parent’s Meeting
There will be a parent’s meeting on Sunday, October 12th at 1:30 pm in the children’s ministry room.
Youth Lock-in
The Youth Group Lock-in will be on Oct 31st to Nov 1st at church. Mark your calendars!

Young Adult Sunday School
Young Adult Sunday School will begin this Sunday, starting at 10 am in the church library. They will be studying the topic, “Encouragement”.
Interfellowship Praise and Prayer
Our monthly interfellowship prayer meeting will be on Friday, September 26th here in the sanctuary starting at 8 pm.
Couples/Family Home Group
The couples/family home group will be meeting on Saturday, September 27th at Jerry and Shirley’s home starting at 3 pm.

Congratulations to Grace and Jason for getting married this past weekend! If you’d like to celebrate with them, they will be having a wedding banquet on October 25th at China Garden located in Roslyn starting at 6 pm. If you would like to go, please sign up at the bulletin board outside Pastor Chen’s office.

Blind Men’s Quartet
There will be a blind men’s choir from Taiwan that will be performing at our church this Thursday, September 4th starting at 8 pm.
Youth Group Welcome Night
The youth group welcome night is this Friday starting at 8 pm. We will have food, games, and fellowship to welcome incoming 6th graders.
Agape Meal
The young adults will be resuming their monthly agape meals this Sunday evening, September 7th at Jerry and Shirley’s home in Dunn Loring. You will receive an Evite shortly. Please RSVP.
Couples/Family Home Group
The couples/family home group will be meeting on September 27th, not September 20th as previously announced. It will still be held at Jerry and Shirley’s home.
Grace and Jason’s Wedding Banquet
Grace Chou will be getting married in Minneapolis, September 13th. But they will have a banquet here in China Garden, located in Roslyn, on Saturday, October 25th. If you would like to attend, please sign up at the front bulletin board at church.

Blind Joy Mens Choir (9/4)
There will be a blind men’s choir from Taiwan that will be performing on Thursday, September 4th at church starting at 8 pm.
Youth Group Welcome Night (9/5)
The youth group will be having their official welcome night for incoming six graders on Friday, September 5th at 8 pm. We will have pizza, games, and fellowship.
